Booking conditions
- The tourist tax of 0,66 € per person (over 16 years) per night is not included
- A deposit of 40% of the total of the booking is required to confirm it
- Check-in and check-out times on weekends and short stays: check-in from 17:00 and check-out at 12:00 (it is possible to check-out later if you check in advance when there are no other bookings on the same day)
- Pets are allowed with prior notice and with a supplement
- Minimum stay 2 nights
Cancellation policy
- Up to 30 days before check in: return of 100% of the deposit
- Up to 15 days before check in: the deposit is not returned but kept for another stay (during the next 6 months)
- Less than 7 days before check in: no refunds or saves
- Long weekends, holidays and summer stays, the deposit is not returned
